If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, not the goal

This is not meant to be a complete Todo, rather a overview of the major steps I think will be needed.

  • Strip Down

    Strip down to Chassis, remove all bolts, fixings & fittings.
    Stop before engine removed, see if we can get it started. Asses chassis, Bulkhead and other major components and make a decision on repair or replacement.

  • Running Gear

    Strip & Service Axles, Springs, Hubs, brake’s

  • Engine

    Re-build engine and components

  • Gearbox, Transfer & Clutch

    Re-build gearbox, transfer, clutch and Handbrake.

  • Electrics

    Buy or Build new loom, install with accessories.

  • Bodywork and Trim

    Strip, repair/replace panels, paint or re-finish trim.

  • Re-assemble

    Put it all back together

  • Enjoy & Have Some Fun On or Before 25th November 2025

    This is the Goal, get it on the road and enjoy it.
